Bookings and Payments

All bookings require a deposit or full payment as specified in your agreement. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscription services are billed according to the selected plan.

Cancellation and Changes

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur fees. Changes to event details are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Liability

New Mayur Caterers is not liable for delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control. We strive to provide the highest quality service but cannot guarantee perfection in all circumstances.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat.

New Mayur Caterers provides catering services directly at your event venue. We do not offer shipping of food items to residential addresses.

Subscription Refunds

For subscription services, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, no refunds will be provided. Contact us at info@newmayurcaterers.in to request a refund.

Event Catering Refunds

For event bookings, deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will be processed minus any applicable fees. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the event.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Razorpay processing fees may apply.
